Resources
Per the meeting notes, we have identified five resources to pursue:
- Antibodies
- Mouse Models
- SWAN : Semantic Web Applications in Neuroscience
- PRO : Protein Ontology
- CT : Cell Type Ontology
There was a candidate list of resources that were considered for investigation.
Infrastructure
The architecture document outlines our goals for the completed structure and operation of this project.
We are collecting installation and usage instructions for the different software packages involved in this project.
- Antibody Record Annotator
- Ontological Query Interface
- Ontological Term Request Broker
- Contextual Annotation Cache
These, along with the resources developed as part of this project, are packaged and delivered as an Appliance.
Scientific Use Cases
Meetings with scientists and collaborators have been conducted.
These meetings are used to motivate our development of Scientific Use Cases.
